For this is the will of GOD, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men

1 Peter 3:9

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.

When someone humiliates us, our natural tendency is to respond in the same manner. However, in such challenging moments, the LORD wants us to trust in HIM and patiently wait for HIS intervention. The LORD is faithful to justify, exalt, and honor those who place their confidence in HIM, even before those who have looked down on them.
