Love of the Father!

I John 2:15

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the FATHER is not in him.

I John 4:4

You are of GOD, little children, and have overcome them, because HE who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

The closer we are to the world, the farther our hearts will be from the LORD. The world has the power to draw our hearts away from HIM through its deceptive attractions and fleeting pleasures. Therefore, let us remain focused on the LORD and HIS Word, so that we will not be led astray by the world's deceptive charm but will continue to walk faithfully in HIS ways.
