Living with Jesus for ever!

I Thessalonians 4:16-17

For the LORD HIMSELF will descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of GOD. And the dead in CHRIST will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the LORD in the air. And thus we shall always be with the LORD.

There is nothing more pathetic than living as a Christian all our lives yet failing to meet the LORD when HE appears in the clouds. What matters is our readiness to go with HIM when HE returns. We must ensure that nothing from the world or our own flesh becomes an obstacle to leading a holy life and being prepared to meet HIM.
