Humble before the Lord!

James 4:6

But HE gives more grace. Therefore, He says: “GOD resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

Proverbs 16:18

Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.

Many factors can lead our hearts toward pride and arrogance. However, the LORD encourages HIS children to have humble hearts and gentle spirits. Let's always strive to remain humble before the LORD so we may receive HIS honor and blessings instead of facing HIS wrath and judgment for our pride.
