Be an uplifter!

Proverbs 12:18

There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, but the tongue of the wise promotes health.

Isaiah 51:12

“I, even I, am HE who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid of a man who will die, and of the son of a man who will be made like grass?"

People's words can often discourage, hurt, or humiliate us. However, the words of the LORD always bring comfort, encouragement, healing, and hope. Therefore, let's not focus on the discouraging or hurtful words of others. Instead, let us trust in the LORD's Word, allowing it to encourage us and fill us with hope.
