Be a cheerful giver!

Luke 6:34-35

"AND IF YOU LEND TO THOSE FROM WHOM YOU HOPE TO RECEIVE BACK, WHAT CREDIT IS THAT ​TO YOU? FOR EVEN SINNERS LEND TO SINNERS TO RECEIVE AS MUCH BACK. BUT LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, DO GOOD, AND LEND, HOPING FOR NOTHING IN RETURN; AND YOUR REWARD WILL BE GREAT, AND YOU WILL BE SONS OF THE MOST HIGH. FOR HE IS KIND TO THE UNTHANKFUL AND EVIL."

The Word of GOD teaches that those who help others generously and selflessly will never go penniless. The LORD is faithful to honor them and reward them abundantly for their kind act. Therefore, whenever we see someone in need, let us not withhold our hand from them. Instead, let us help them wholeheartedly and quietly, seeking only the LORD’s approval.
